A Mid-June Weekend of Parks and Coastal Drives

A quiet weekend in mid-June. The local sports fields were empty under a bright, clear sky. Just green grass, a line of trees, and the outline of the mountains in the distance. The light was sharp and everything felt still.

We ended up at a spot out near some vineyards. An old silver trailer was set up as a vendor, and a few vintage cars were parked on the lawn, including a bright red Ford truck from the 20s. It was a relaxed, sunny afternoon.

Later, we took a drive down the coast. From inside the car, you could see the road curving along the cliffs with the ocean just to the side. We passed modern houses with balconies overlooking the water and the occasional cluster of tall palm trees. A simple change of scenery.
