Two Kids and a Wooden Chair

Didn't go far today. An afternoon in with the two of them, who spent most of it pressed cheek to cheek and cracking each other up over something I never did get the full story on. Every time one settled down, the other started again.

At some point the younger one turned up in the teal headband with the feather flower, plus the rainbow stripes and the gray cardigan with the rhinestones — the whole outfit self-assembled, as far as I could tell — and held court from the old wooden chair for a while, grinning at everyone who walked past.

The headband stayed on all afternoon. That may be a record.
