A Spring Day Learning at the Lagoon

It was a perfectly clear and sunny day on March 28th, so we spent some time out at the local lagoon. The view over the marshland under the blue sky was beautiful.

The main event was an outdoor educational program for a group of kids. The girls, Julia and Lia, got their name tags and sat down on a bench, completely focused on the activity. They had some sort of workbook or craft that looked like it was about weathering. They were really absorbed in reading the instructions, coloring, and working on their projects together.

After all the concentration, they took a break to smile for a couple of photos. It was just a simple afternoon outing, but it felt productive and fun.

Later that evening, back at home, the day ended with this intense orange sunset breaking through a thick layer of clouds above the hills. A quiet end to a busy afternoon.
