A Few Good Sunsets at the Turn of the Month

The last few days of March rolled right into the first couple of April, and I found myself in the same spot each evening: down on the beach, watching the sun go down. It wasn't planned, it's just what the evenings called for. The light was consistently good, changing from one minute to the next.

At first, the sun was still high enough to throw those dramatic, starburst rays across the water. The whole scene was washed in this bright, almost blinding gold. There's a small boat that's been resting on the sand for a while, next to some old wooden posts, and it became a good anchor point for watching the light shift around it.

The best part was after the sun actually disappeared. That’s when the real color showed up. The sky lit up with these incredible oranges, pinks, and eventually deep reds that just lingered. The reflection on the wet sand was just as intense as the sky itself. Nothing major happening, just a quiet stretch of days and some really strong sunsets to mark the time.
