A Week in Sydney: From the Harbour to the Coast

Spent a week in Sydney in late February. My first real look at the city was at night, seeing the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House lit up. Seeing their lights reflecting on the dark water is a classic view for a reason, and it was a memorable way to arrive.

A few days into the trip, we got out on a boat for the day. The sun was out, and it was perfect weather to be on the water. It gives you a completely different perspective on the city, seeing the skyline and the famous architecture from the harbour. We spent most of the time just taking it all in.

We also walked around the harbourfront and made our way out to the coast. The weather stayed clear with bright blue skies. Standing on the rocky shoreline looking out at the ocean was a great contrast to the busy city center. It was a solid trip all around.
