A Busy Spring Ski Day in Tahoe
A sunny day in mid-March brought the crowds out to the mountain. We spent a fair bit of time at the base, waiting in a long but organized line for the lift. The sun was bright, and it felt more like spring than winter, even with plenty of snow on the ground.
Once we got up the mountain, the crowds spread out. We found some nice spots on the slopes to stop and take in the view. The lake was visible through the tall pine trees, looking calm under a mix of sun and high, thin clouds. It's always a good backdrop for a few photos.
We skied for a while, stopping for the occasional group selfie. The snow was decent for this late in the season, and it was just a solid day of skiing close to home before the season wrapped up.
