The day started with the quiet energy of getting ready—the careful fastening of the long row of buttons on the dress, the final adjustments to an earring. The bride's bright pink hair was a fantastic centerpiece to the whole day.
Once outside, the sun was high and bright. The bride and her bridesmaids, who wore navy blue dresses, posed for photos under some tall, light-barked trees. Their bouquets were full of greenery, with orange and cream-colored dahlias that popped in the sunlight.
