Saturday of Study and Sun at Home
Didn't go anywhere today, and that was the plan: a Saturday of study and sun, split between the desk and the pool.
The study half was a stack pulled off the shelf — Python for Data Analysis, Python Machine Learning, Continuous Delivery, and an old Red Hat Linux networking book that still has its CD-ROM sticker on the spine. Worked through what I could before the September heat made the pool the better argument.
The sun half took care of itself. Water was clear, the float was already in, and the hill across the way sat brown and dry the way it always is by this point in the year. Sky stayed cloudless the whole afternoon.
Two wet towels on the cedar slats by the time I came back in.
